How long does it take to get my order?
Pro Fab Outdoors items and some Muddy Outdoors items are custom/made to order. Due to the nature of these products, Pro Fab orders can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks from time of order placement and Muddy Outdoors orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks from time of order placement. Please take these processing times in to account when placing an order.
For items that are in stock, standard shipping times as noted in the online checkout will apply.
What is your return policy?
Our written return policy applies to Back Country Outdoors branded apparel and accessories.
Returns on Pro Fab custom order products are not accepted.
For all other items, please contact us with any issues you may have. Returns/refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
My shipment was damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us at sales@backcountry.ltd.
We reccomend inspecting shipments prior to unloading to assess any damage sustained during shipment. Photos of damage are reccomended.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All costs are converted to Canadian Dollars (CAD) at time of quote.
Please note that conversion rates and shipping rates cannot be guaranteed depending on the time lapse between quote submission and customer acceptance.
Final rates are based on market value at time of payment and most current fuel rates/delivery location changes.
